Sachi is an architect with two decades of experience as an owner ‘s representative with a main focus on the pre-design stage of the project.

Her interdisciplinary qualifications and experience with private and public international development projects make her proficient in helping clients identify project goals, define programmatic and budgetary parameters, and select the ideal project team.

She is the Founder of Miliú, a sustainable real estate investment, acquisition, and consulting firm in the New York metropolitan area.

Sachi has a Master in Design Studies with a concentration in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, a Master in Engineering from Kyoto University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña. She holds the most relevant sustainability and wellness credentials, including LEED AP BD&C, WELL AP, and Living Future Accreditation.

She has been a visiting design critic at Columbia University, the Harvard Graduate School of Design, the Parsons School of Design, and the Oslo School of Art and Architecture.
